We are so glad to have the opportunity to tell you a little bit about ourselves.

In Psalm 122:1 we read, “I was glad when they said unto me, let us go into the house of the LORD.” This Scripture verse seems to jump off the page of the Bible as the psalmist declared the tremendous joy and anticipation he had at the mere mention of going to the house of the LORD.

We realize that today “the house of the LORD” is far more than just a building as the Bible declares we are the temple of the Holy Spirit. However, there is still something quite amazing about gathering together with the family of God on a weekly basis to worship the LORD!

We believe we are in great days to be serving Jesus – with even greater days ahead! At Blake Memorial Baptist Church we value worship and welcome the opportunity to assist you if you are seeking to know more about God.
