MUSIC AND WORSHIP STYLE
If you prefer the sound of hymns and spiritual songs accompanied by a piano but also contemporary Christian music accompanied by our praise team, this is the church for you!
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
You are welcome to wear whatever makes you most comfortable. Most of us are dressed anywhere from shorts and a polo shirt to business casual, although some come dressed in their Sunday best. If you are comfortable in it, so are we.
SUNDAY SCHOOL
Opening assembly for Sunday school starts at 8:45 am in our Fellowship Hall with the classes starting at 9.
HOW LONG IS THE WORSHIP SERVICE?
The worship service begins at 10 and typically ends around 11:30.
DO I HAVE TO JOIN THE CHURCH TO COME?
Everyone is welcome at Blake Memorial Baptist Church whether you choose to join our church family through membership or not.

WHAT ABOUT MY CHILDREN?
We have an incredible program for children.The children start out by joining us in “big church” but are dismissed to go to Kids Worship in the Fellowship Hall. They will stay there until the adult worship service is over.
I HEAR YOU HAVE A SCHOOL. TELL ME ABOUT IT
Our school is named Blake Christian Academy and is located on the same property as the church. Blake Christian Academy is a nationally accredited Montessori-based Christian school, taking the Montessori philosophy and incorporating it into an individualized developmentally hands-on learning program. Currently the classes go through the 5th grade but will eventually expand to the 8th grade as their students continue to grow.
